Monica Campbell of Enterprise Bank & Trust

Employment Connection is celebrating Women’s History Month this March by honoring local leaders in the St. Louis region. Today we recognize Monica Campbell, Vice President of Community Development at Enterprise Bank & Trust.

Monica Campbell joined Enterprise Bank & Trust in 2014 as an Assistant Vice President, Business Banking Specialist. She has over 25 years of banking experience with an extensive background in relationship management. She is responsible for cultivating strong relationships to implement financial awareness in diverse communities.


She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University. She has served on the board for the O’Fallon Park Rec YMCA for the last five years and is currently the Board Chair. She also serves on the board for Community Builders Network, Ultimate Speed Academy, and Blessed2Bless. Monica is a member of the Community Reinvestment Association, and she volunteers with the National Association of Black Accountants and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis.


Monica has a passion for collaborating with community organizations and hosting financial well-being workshops. She partners with organizations such as Urban League, Prosperity Connection, St. Louis Regional Financial Empowerment Coalition, Office of Financial Empowerment, and United Way. She is also the President of the AABRG (African American Business Resource Group) at Enterprise Bank & Trust.


Monica has been married to Roderick Campbell Sr. for 24 years. They have five beautiful children—Brandi, Milton, Tyler, Roderick Jr., and Keshon—as well as a darling granddaughter, Taya, and two handsome grandsons, Corbyn and Q. Monica enjoys working out and has a fitness program called Mindset Fitness Training. She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
