Solar Workforce Development

We believe that everyone should have access to well-paying jobs. We also believe in working towards a more sustainable St. Louis. This is why we have been working to implement a program that will increase equity in the green jobs workforce and give residents of St. Louis City access to careers in the electrical trades.

This program is in partnership with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), City of St. Louis Sustainability Office, SLATE, and Building Union Diversity (BUD).
