Eviction Prevention is a program providing assistance to individuals who are either in disconnect status or eviction status. Funds will be disbursed directly to the landlord.
How it Works
Apply
Work with a Housing Specialist to apply for assistance and connect with other services that can help you.
Process
Participant and landlord will sign contracts and gather the paperwork required for assistance to be disbursed.
Assistance
Funding will be sent directly to the landlord or utility provider.
Please note that a request for assistance is not a guarantee of services. Our ability to assist is subject to the availability of funding and other resources.
