Managed Work Services of St. Louis (MWSstl) is St. Louis’ only social enterprise staffing agency, but does much more than help people find jobs and companies find good entry-level worker. All of our profits go back into the community by such avenues like new training programs, transportation allowance, counseling programs to assist individuals with barriers that hamper them from working, career assistant with education allowance, etc.

We provide:

-Temporary Staffing/Short term on site support

-Temporary to Direct Hire/Long term on site support

-Managed Work Sites/Full time on site supervision

The mission of MWSstl is to enhance the St. Louis Metropolitan community by assisting individuals to acquire employment that will contribute measurably to achieving personal self-sufficiency and assisting area businesses in becoming more efficient with diversity, recruitment and retaining employees.
